I do not recall what the exact cost was. You can always find it on special somewhere, though I do not think there is a full kit available for the 2002 models. Though with a C4s you always go for the turbo wing. My kit included a new rear lid with the rear wing, front spoiler, and rockers. I also ot the GT3 spats behind the rear wheels.

Paul is a nice guy. They are pretty good about keeping up on delivery dates. Sometimes things are off target but I don't think that's their fault. The August slow down probably is taken into account for your delivery....I hope.
