ohsixx: I have a few jpegs that I made from scanned pics and can email them to you. As a non-tech, I have no idea of how to post them on this site. My email is adp@newportcapadv.com
Our dealer threw in LoJack and the 3M protective film kit for the leading edges and hood. It won't hurt to ask, as both offer protection.

Congratulations ohsixx. I know you've been asking a lot questions in the last couple of months as any prudent buyer should. We are all thrilled you have taken the plunge. Welcome to a whole new world of excitement. There is no substitute.

Regards.

Congrats ohsixx.

Guards Red was my 2nd choice for color. I was going to get the contrasting stitching for the interior in red and the seatbelts in red also. But at the last minute I decided to go for the Silver for the stealth factor when driving a little over the limit Also, it's the classic German racing color.

July seems like forever, so I can't imagine what September feels like...

Did you get a better price than what you mentioned before?

Be sure to head east to Ocean Blvd. on Copans and take a nice cruise up to Palm Beach on A1A in the early evening after getting it. Stop for a quick snack in down town Palm then take Okechobee over to 95N and home. Great drive in a great car. Prepare for turning heads(Yes, even in S.Florida)
Congrats!

Copan Road east to US-1/Federal Highway
Left or north on FederalHighway
Right/east first sign for A1A or beach
Left/north on A1A
North about 35 mi to Okeechobee Blvd

Between Hillsboro and Boca is nothing special but afterwards or north of Boca it's breathtaking.

You can take Okeechobee back to I-95 or the Florida Turnpike. It might be nice on A1A north of Palm Beach but I've never been there.

Bring a radar detector of course.

I bought my car from Brumos as a lease return. I love the car and have had no problems with it whatsoever. However, after some post sale issues (Brumos did correct) and poor customer service, I do not think I would be purchasing another car from them.

I wonder if Brumos's Service Department is any better than their Sales Department?

I only live five miles from Brumos and 200 to 300 miles from Champaion.

I would strongly recommend that you find an independent shop for service that is not covered under warranty.

Their service department is supposed to be pretty good. My father has had good experiences there as far as the service goes.

My issues involved the rims, they swapped out the original rears b/c of curb rash. Unfortunatly they put on the twist instead of Technology. The salesman then told me that I was wrong despite what the original sticker said. He told me that the Technology rims were the 10 spoke radial ones (Sport Classic). The salesman was of no help in getting this resolved, however the parts manager took care of it right away.

My other issue had to do with the paint job for the aero kit they installed, they never checked the quality of the paint work performed (sent out for paintwork). They failed me in this department twice now. I still have bubbles in my front and rear spoilers. All of these issues would have easily been dealt with had I been closer to the Jax. It is just a real pisser when you do a 600 mile round trip, leave your car for 1 month at the dealer, and when you get it back... it is still not right.

Despite my issues with the salesman and the poor paintwork, I beleive they are very capable as far as service and maintenance goes.

Sloth: I am with you; that is truely crappy service you received.

If you don't mind, just wondering what Brumos charged for the Aero Package and what did it include?
