Here's a picture of my 996.2 with a head light tint, I think it works pretty good on a black car.

My subjective opinion is that those headlight mods are not good looking.

I can't decide. I think it would look good if the peice was built into the headlight, so it looked more original.

Since it is raised it looks like an add-on right away. I would like to see one where bondo was used to blend it into the body. But then again, that's a pretty permanent mod. ... CAN'T DECIDE!

Looks ok - but not a fan.

Why do it ? Want your 996 to look like a 997?

My lights have grown on me - part of the unique character of the car.

I did mine because that's how the car came.

Who cares if you like it or not or if I like it or not, if you want to do it to your own car and it makes you happy, do it!

Exactly, I don't complain about Paul converting his whole interior to Coach edition leather.
