I've said it once, let me say it again: the C4S is a sweeeeeeet car!! Congratulations Jim, it looks amazing. It's a little difficult to see the lowered look completely given the size of the photo's but it looks nice.

Regards.

I find that if you look at how the tires fill up the wheel wells and fenders compared to a stock C4S (or TT), then one can appreciate the effect of the lowering. At least it was the first thing I noticed: less space between the tire and fender.

Tomorrow I'll try to upload the pics to a webhosting site and they'll be normal size.

Nice! That's what i need to do to my car next, lower it!

Coupla questions, did you drive the car with the stock springs before you lowered it? If so, how would you compare the ride? Also, are you having any scraping problems, i have this fear of ripping off the front spoiler on a steep driveway.

Finally, which springs are those H&R, Champion? Did they use the Turbo lowering springs or standard carrera?

Sorry, I know it's a lot of questions....

I drove the dealer's C4S and then had mine lowered before driving my car. It think it feels firmer. It certainly looks better.

Yes, yes, yues, I have to be VERY careful about driveways. VERY!!!! UGH! Gotta' take them slow at an angle.

I think Champion used H&R springs but didn't change the shocks. For regular road use it's fine but when I get around to tracking the car then I may want to put ROW shocks on it.

You can pay extra $ to have those tags in FL. There a few like that. The money supports police athletic league, sheriff's club for boys, etc.

I asked a few police officer if it could be of aid should I ever accidentally break the speed limit. They said it could help. Clearly if they have two violators to choose from this will help. And it is a good cause.
