Red face Oil Leak Update

How's this for service? I drove 75 miles from NH to MA for the dealer to check my oil leak. I made the appointment 2 weeks ago so that they could have plenty of time to plan for this. I get to the dealer at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM they still haven't gotten my car in yet. I go see the service manager and they said we've only got a few Porsche mechanics on duty so it's backed up and it'll be a few hours. So they get me a crappy Mazda Protege for the day. I called them around noon, still the car wasn't in yet. Called them again at 3:30 pm and they said they would not be able to get to my car today!
So, basically I drove 75 miles to the dealer and they didn't even look. I was steaming. I liked the service when I bought the car, the sales team was great and the saleman who handled my car was great, but the service department at Ira Porsche/Audi didn't impress me at all. Where do you MA guys go for your service?

I'm on Cape Cod and I use Rietzl Porsche. Probably too far for you from NH, 'cause it's about 20 miles south of Boston. They're pretty reliable with scheduled service, and Wolfgang Rietzl, the owner is pretty wired in with Porsche. Ask for John Quinlan, the Service Mgr.Rietzl Porsche
