Preface...this is for FVD PSS9s on a Turbo Cab.
Front: Camber....-30' ; Toe +5'
Rear: Camber...-35' ; Toe +10'
This is not the most aggressive, so you could go more, but wear the tires quick.

I put mine at -1f, -1.8r with 0 toe front and factory rear. 0 toe creates a nicer turn in although it will not track as well on the freeway. My tirewear is acceptable in the rear- It does wear out the inners, but if you drive it hard enough it will even out. the front have completely even wear.

Dog,
I would be glad to share the alignment I have on my 02 cab with PSS9s if your are interested. I would say that I have a slightly agressive street setup. Not a track setup. What coilovers are you installing?

Not sure pss9's are such a great idea on a cab, structural rigidity you know. They wern't exactly designed to be track cars you know. Might be better off withnthe factory recommended RoW 030.

allegedly, the 02's are a lot stiffer than the 3.4 liter model. allegedly. bilstein usa says it okay. no damage to the car, but i may not get the same results as a coupe based on the chassis give. i had the same concerns you bring up, but after talking to bilstein and a few forum members that are running pss9's on cabs with no problems, i decided to go for it. i was told the only potential, and this was a big if, would be running at 10/10's on the track with race slicks. other than that, normal DE events etc, i should be okay.
the row's drop was too lame for me anyway i'm already at a 40 mm front and 35mm drop with my springs. i can't go back up

Dog...what is running at 10/10? If you are going to be using PSS9s then the settings go from 1-9 with 1 being the stiffest. I have mine set 3/4 (back/front).
Chris I didn't know the factory "recommended" ROW 030? They didn't.

I sold my extra sway bars to Carlos before I bought this car so I have the stock ones on. This is just my tooling around in car so I don't know if I'll mess with it anymore.
On the other hand, a S/C would be fun.

wross I think he means 10/10ths as in max limit the car can take on the track. Most of us can really on push these cars around 6 or 7/10ths anyway.

you are correct sir, Mr. LVDell
thanks for the settings guys.
i hate to ask so many questions, but is there a recommended ride height for the pss9's? i know you're not supposed to go too low according to bilstein.
by the way, we got them on today. they're pretty cool. although they settled kind of funny. may have to play with the ride height some more. that's why i need to know what some of you are running. my fronts and rears are between 25.25 and 25.75 right now.
