Default Toronto Owners - Cheapest PSS9's

Anyone have a good source for PSS9's. I want to do my suspension in the spring and am thinking PSS9's. I have a guy who can do $3900.00 plus taxes for the full coilover set, but will not install. I can get my mechanic to install for me so that is not an issue. Anyone know where I can get cheaper or another setup I should consider, it will be my dialy driver in the summer, it is my occasional driver in the winter, I will track maybe a few times with PCAUCR, but nothing to dramtic... yet.

Yea that sounds too high,Have you considered a HR spring and a Bilstein shock, works well for what you plan on doing with the car.

It's cheaper at http://www.carnewal-europe.com/main.htm even after adding shipping charges.

Thanks guys, I thought the guy was a little high.

Kilrgt - I was thinking the H&R and Bilstein shocks, but I heard that the H&R sport springs and the Bilstein springs are the same and that if I move to the H&R Race springs, they will be too stiff. I would rather go with the PSS9's and get the Bilstein shock and springs.

Don't buy anything from H&R. Trust me on this one. Their customer service is beyond pathetic. Go for the Bilstein.

When I was in T.O. 2 weeks ago, I helped out one of Fiorano Racings customers by locating a set for waaaaay less then $ 3,900.00. Send me a PM, maybe I can help you out.

I understand you wanting to go with coil overs, but my car with the HR spring with the Bilstein shocks, does not ride harsh and is a very good ride infact, they handle GREAT.If your around and would like to see how they feel in my C2 PM and I'll take you out for a blast..

Paul - are you running the Sport or the Race springs from H&R.

I will definitely take you up on your offer when I get a chance, I love the way your car looks and can only imagine it drives even better.

Cheapest palce I've found is shox.xom, bought mine for $1800. I can also point you in the right direction for installation if you like.
Cheers,

Stan-how do you find your PSS9's. Are they too firm, how much did they lower your vehicle?

Should I go with PSS9 or X73 for a C4S. What price am I looking at paying and who should I go through to get it done?

Why not support a Rennlist sponsor? I just bought a set from Mark at CDOC for $1880 shipped.
