I replaced the CD holder with a second shelf and think it looks cleaner and is more practical.

 

How much is the replacement shelf at the dealer?

 

I decided to simply remove them and go with the GT3 delete. More leg room!!!

I like that idea; classic 911 look. I'll probably do that myself (6'-4").

 

Does the delete require any extra parts or is it just removal?

Anyone know what the replacement shelf costs?

 

I hooked my Ipod and phone charger up from behind the dash (search Ipod Install) I then cut small holds in the top back of of both trays (upper and lower) and pulled each cable through the holes (you can not see the hole.) Now I keep the Ipod in the lower tray and my cell phone in the top tray and they both are charging when the car is turned on. I agree the look is not great but it is better then having the cables in the way.
