Polish as in abrasive to remove swirl marks? or Polish used in the terms of a final product to protect?
Either way it is total preference. There are many good products in both catagories. Your preference will depend on you priorities, the color of your car and your personal taste. For example, Zaino is extremely durable and it has a very high gloss/shine to its look. NXT on the other hand has a much "softer" and/or "glow" to it with less durability (IMO). For my AS car where depth and glow are not important I really like the high shine/gloss and extremely durable characteristics of Zaino. On my wifes car which is Black (and offers more of deep wet look than AS) I like the deeper look of a product called Glanz Wax by Einzsett.
Bottom line get what you like.

I use Blackfire and/or 5 Star UPP for my black cars. If swirls are gone first, the finish is unbelievable and durable. Rejex has gone on the other dark car (green) as a topper after getting out swirls with 3M FIII and looks great. On my Artic Porsche, though, I clean the paint with Klasse AIO and seal with Platinum UPP. VERY slick finish and layers add depth. Tempted to try Menzerna, but don't have a reason yet. BTW- if you haven't recenty prepped the surface, the 3-step chemical wash from Finish Kare is EXCELLENT and yielded better results than claying for me.

www.zainostore.com is all you need to know if you want a deep shine that's easy to apply and lasts a long time. They make a spray called Z6 or Z8 that you can apply during the course of the year that makes it look like you just spent the afternoon detailing your car.The bottom line is there are many great products in the market and it's very subjective what's "best". My guess is you can't go wrong with any of these suggestions, my preference is Zaino and I've used it religiously for the last 6 years.

I am a believer in the Zaino product line. Have tried many brands before but Zaino ALWAYS comes out on top. If you need to polish first 3M Imperial hand glaze is very good. Suggest you wash the car, clay the paint, apply the 3m, then at least 3-4 coats of Zaino, following directions closely.
You'll love it. Zaino goes a long ways too. The less quantity you use the better the results.
