If they aren't installed at the factory the self leveling mechanism won't work.

You can adjust the beam on the Litronics as described in the owners manual, the beam should easily adjust. Also they can be installed straight without the motors and they will work or you can hook up the motors so that they level when turned on. But as Rob says for auto self leveling requires a factory install, though I suppose one could get all the various sensors installed and retrofit them.

No clue what your problem is.

But it is common for the gimbal to come out when the headlights are shipped. Then you cannot adjust them. Pull the cover off the back and see what is going on.

My problem is the manual height adj. it clicks and won't rise or lower the beam on the driver side

I didn't mean the auto adj. like the turbo version.

TIA

There is a white plastic thing that looks like a ruler with black lines on it. Are both of them sticking out?

Have you done what I suggested in message #4.

Time to get away from your computer and touch your car.

I had issues with my litronics lights. I could not get the one light up enough. I experienced the same clicking sound. Than I started adjusting the right to left adjuster and I heard a click. Than the light moved and I was able to adjust my up and down correctly. I think the light may have been jolted in shipment and the light was no longer in it’s pivot points. Give it a shot before going crazy.. good luck

I took the back off, found a few pieces of plastic rolling around.

I think one of the adjustment parts are broken, is there a factory OEM parts warantty or am I going bite this?

I got it from a Porsche dealer Suncaost in FL
