Are these tips made for all 996's? Is there a specific X54 or a C4S?

Yes, the Turbo, C2 and C4S all use different parts. In fact, the C2 pipe are different look from the other two as well. If you look closely, you'll see that the Turbo and C4S pipes have a "whole" smaller pipe, with the larger one adjoining. The C2 pipes have a "whole" large pipe and smaller one adjoining.
