What did I do wrong? Am I suppose to put the writeup on here.

Admin,
Let me know and I'll fix it. I am a rennlist member and did not have a problem listing my 993TT for sale.

You wrote: Here is the detail on a friend of mine's 2001 Porsche 911 C4. He runs a small dealer in chicago and I always buy my cars from him. Great Guy and sells cars at a great price.

Unless your dealer/friend is a Rennlist sponsor, you cannot promote his business on the boards. In the case of your 993 Turbo for sale, it was your own car and that is permitted by the site Admins. OTOH, most of your 64 posts were about selling your car. Please try to stay away from selling and promoting for a little while. Your $18 membership fee is not a passport to use the boards all too freely to sell items. But, I don't think there is a limit to placing your own ads in the Classifieds.

Viken,

The car is owned by a buddy of mine and I own some of it as well as I own some of the dealership. But he is selling it at the dealer. If its not ok you can just delete the thread its ok.

Well, that certainly explains a lot. So, who's 993 Turbo was it you sold? Yours or the dealer's, part of which you own?

First it's your buddy's dealership, then you are part owner....this thread has more twists and turns than the Tail Of The Dragon in the Smokies!!!!

The 993 Turbo was my personal car. This was going to be another personal car of mine but we decided to keep it on the lot instead as I ran out of room in the garage again

Rob, excellent advice.

But it appears somebody is looking for the easy $18 way in. Smells like abuse to me.

Guys I am not looking to abuse it. I was just putting a heads up. I also post on other things besides cars for sale etc. If you guys want it deleted its ok no big deal to me. Just letting you know guys know of a good deal on an 01 C4 good luck finding one for under 40k. The auction prices on these cars are around 38-42k.
