Does anyone have a picture of a Vesuvio metallic 911?

thanks MSRC2
I guess that is a purple. I an guessing not many 996's in this color. Should be interesting to see it in person.

I think it looks like one of those colors that I say" I hope they got a good deal on that one" To each his own I guess.
If you like it, buy it. Your the one that counts. It's a 911 baby

i think it's hot.. if you're comfortable with your masculenity, i don't see anything wrong with it.. with all these white/silver/black porsches running around, it's nice to see something refreshing, but not too horrid.. like that light turquoise one.. i'd drive that cab any day..

Well, I'll see it in person on Monday. It has the Areo kit, 030 Chassis, 18" Sport Design Wheels, and some other things. Not sure about the color just yet. Although it would look great next to Mom's '71 Road Runner.

Wow! That's a color i'd have to see in person. I've looked over those pics half a dozen times now and still can't make up my mind. I think if it was darker it would be a no brainer. Still don't think I'd buy one in that color though.

its a very prismatic colour,
in certain light conditions (overcast, or nighttime) it looks dark grey.
in direct and indirect light, it has a very pronounced purple tone to it.
personally i love colours like this, like the colours TVR uses on their cars.
i would be worried about potential difficulty when repainting / reparing though
