Chris - I don't think the CGT fob comes with "guts" (but I could be wrong on that). For a 911, you swap out your old electronics, so you keep your electronics and both of the two switches are active. I don't think it would work with a Boxster because the Boxster requires three functions. If it does come with the electronics, it still wouldn't work for a Boxster; it would have to be taken to the dealer to have it programmed for your car (911).

(I considered it and checked it out way back when, but didn't get one.)

 

I even put in a new 2032 battery and still nor worky!
Any thoughts ? or just bend over at the dealer?
