My 1999 Cab is showing trouble code 1539 indicating that the right bank cam solenoid isn't working. I don't know why but I understand that there is a diagnostic procedure to isolate the cause. Can someone help with the details? Thanks in advance, Bob

 

I thought a P1530 or P1531 (same code, different bank) is a solenoid issue whereas you code is the actuator.
