Default Help ID these wheels

These were sold as Porsche Sport Design wheels, 18 x 8.5, but I don’t recognize any of the stampings on the inside-MBN , LAG, AP 8585.
Any help in identifying these wheels?

Google search Porsche Sport Design Wheels. Many images and hits.

Take a picture of the inner barrel and post. If this wheel was truly OE and installed at the factory, they'll have manufacturer logo (e.g. BBS), part number, and the Porsche diamond logo (see red arrow) stamped on the inside of the wheel as shown in the picture.

That was the first thing I did but no luck on the 8.5 width.

I’ve got a set of factory sport designs in the 7.5”/10”width & are familiar with the hub stampings as shown in your pic.
On these wheels, the hub is clean/devoid of any stamping. The only stampings are on the spokes as shown. The rears are similarly stamped but with AP1085 & are 18x10” ET54.

JWL is a standard mark noting conforming to Japanese wheel safety standards for lightweight aluminum wheels. Doesn't mean it was manufactured in Japan.

Did some digging and here's what I've found...

IMHO, These are knock-offs, "replicas" is the nicer way of saying it in marketing. Done by a company called "RH".

Be careful, because in my experience, they will NOT have the build quality of the OE - BBS version. I've been burned by these kind of thing once and almost took the guy to court because he sold them to me as Porsche "factory" wheels. When I received them, clearly knock-offs because of the lack of the BBS and Porsche part number and diamond logo. Thankfully, he refunded my money.

Didn't take me more than 5 min on eBay to find a seller pushing these knock-off ...(((coughs)))... I mean, "replica" wheels. (see attached pic below)

Porsche NEVER made a 8.5" width in the Sport Design Wheels.
Only three OE widths:
996.362.134.55 - 7.5x18
996.362.136.50 - 8x18
996.362.140.50 - 10x18

Here's the company name if you want to look into them.

Looks to be an early version of the wheel made by RH Alurad, https://www.rh-alurad.com/alufelgen/
Presume early because the design is identical to the Porsche Sport Design, albeit single piece and Porsche will have made sure RH changed the design (else legal action) as the majority of the RH Rad in this styling is done without the loop around the wheel bolts.

More likely, the last picture in the OP is not the face of the wheel, that has the backside of the spokes shown in the other picture but instead a genuine Porsche wheel...

ETA: late to the party, it seems!

Thanks some more!
the seller original ad was for 8/10” sport designs but told me he had another set 8.5/10 & when I saw the 8.5 width I assumed it was a 996.1 gt3 option (the .1 only had 8” available- now I know) & failed to get detailed pics.
At the end of the day, I’m ok with the transaction; this has furthered my 996 education.

RH wheels aren't junk BTW, said styling was often used as a spare set to fit winter tyres on in Germany when the 996 was the current 911.
