Default Fried Eggs & Jam

A couple of gents organized a drive with the intent of getting as many 996/986 together yesterday. It was quite fun and the pace overall was good. A few sections felt very "parade pace" but later not so much, at least in the group I was with. We all drove up to Newcombs Ranch, followed by a drive to Vazquez Rocks and finally ending at Porsche Santa Clarita where we had delicious fried egg burgers from GamGam Burgers. A fun time.

A few pics:
Newcombs

the parade group arriving.

Vazquez Rocks

Porsche Santa Clarita and in Wunderground has a great collection, and I will offer a few non-996 cars because they deserve it

and onto the 996s
Pikes Peak winning 996 - GT2, driven by Jeff Zwart

This was hiding amongst the amazing cars

Was waiting for some good pics of the inaugural Fried Egg Rally. Looks like a great time! Is that C2 Ruf in the last pic Vesuvio?

Yup, I noticed the VIN was a '98' build and was going to update the thread, but found a BaT link

Love the shirt! Speaking of which, I'm a big fan of the shirts available on Carpe Viam! https://carpegear.com/

They have a really nice 996 shirt under heading "Stuttgart Stuff." Quality of the shirts is top-notch, great fit, soft, washes up well. I probably own 5 or 6 different styles. Lol

Anyway, another alternative to support the 996!

Thank you. I have everything set up on "auto print 'n ship", so no waiting and print on demand.
Basically I do the design for myself because I want the shirt. Then throw the design up on the interweb so someone else can order IF they like it.

@keviha I like his designs. I have two of his books. And FWIW I did come up with the 996 headlight design 2 years ago.... I just don't eBlast thousands of people.
