This is SO much better than the low-effort examples that show up on BaT.

Interesting body kit. I can't say I love the front end but maybe it has some practical function if/when the car actually goes offroad.

EDIT: found them! https://safariprojek.co.za/

In general I'm not a fan of the safari look, but in the case of Porsche they actually did/do race them like that so I give them a pass. The Lamborghini Sterrato is also getting surprisingly good reviews, but I can't get past how much it just looks like a poseur car with all those tacked on bits. I'd take this car over that Lambo every time.

I like it! Being from Alabama myself, I have a special place for lifted 4x4 cars and I think a restomod AMC Eagle would be such a badass weekender.

But I just can't get my head around the pricing of these new porsche "Roughroads" 🤮 lol replicas vs their actual off-road capability. So seeing somebody build a car like this is offering a cool vision that's maybe a bit more attainable...although I still wouldn't go muddin in it.

Ah, according to the website, these builds are just getting headers and a catless exhaust as far as engine mods go. Seems like a LOT of work and dough to make it look like this and handle
off-road with basically a stock m96. Visually, hell yeah — I’m into it.
