I have 19s on a narrowbody. Offset is crucial, there is zero margin in fitting 19s on a C2. Even with perfect fitment, there will still be rub at full lock and rears can be challenging. I have 235/295s and spacers and they fit by millimeters.

The offset for those rears looks way off for a C2. I believe I have ET 67 rear and 57 front, with spacers the offset approaches stock.

I think I’ll stick with 18’s.

it seems like a lot of folks run the 18” turbo twists with no issue.

There are multiple widths and offsets available for "Turbo Twists." The width/offsets for the wide bodies (C4S and Turbo) will not fit on the narrow-body cars (C2 and C4).

Doubtful. The OEM offset for the C2 is around 65mm on 10" wheel. A 15mm spacer (effectively 50mm offset) is common to get the "flush" look. Pushing the wheel out 14mm more (and adding a 1/2" of width) would put the wheel past the fender.

If you run 19's, consider copying the 997 specs and bumping your overall tire diameter to retain the 996's original amount of sidewall. So instead of 225/40/18 and 285/30/18 (rubber band already from the factory) you'd be on 245/35/19 and 295/30/19. Fender liners will definitely get rubbed at lock, but you can fill up the large wheel arches aesthetically without too much other compromise.

Oem porsche turbo twist solid spoke winter set up-

Fronts are 18x8 et +50 p/n 996.362.136.01
Rears are 18x10 et +47 p/n 996.362.140.01

From what I’ve read these are narrower than the standard turbo rims and will fit a C2. Has anyone tried this?

+47 will poke, or get very close to it. I have x10 +58 and would not want to push out 11mm.

Alright, edit: without camber. Lol

I'm on the 18s bandwagon. I have 19s on my 996.1 c2 and I do not like it. They look fancy I guess (which I also don't like) but at full lock they rub the inside the fender. Not enough to hurt anything, just enough to rub the paint off and I hate it.

Would these turbo twist rims fit a 996.1 NB?

Front wheels are 18x7.5” ET50

Rear wheels are 18x8” ET50

Front tires 205/35zr18

Rear tires 215/40zr18
