I know we have a multitude of resources for the Factory Workshop Manuals and I have them, but is there a consolidated resource for any of the Porsche Technical Information that has come out since then? The NHTSA has manufacturer communications back to 2012, but I didn't know if anyone has the whole kit and kaboodle for the 996s.

No, Technical Service Bulletins (TSB's) are the property of Porsche unless it is a " safety item or Recall"...If it's a safety issue NHTSA will have a record or they may even have some that are not safety issues but there were 6-12 TSB's issued every month to Dealer Technicians. Some of these TSB's are still in the archive of Porsche or in the PIWIS System, but like I said, they are the property of Porsche and they can/have deleted them if they are no longer relevant, or if they wish to...
