Greetings all, can anyone identify where this collar goes? It looks like it would go to a pulley but all have been identified already.

Is it aluminum? Did u get new pulleys if so they would come with new spacers so maybe this is why u have an extra one?

Looks like the aluminum collars that the bolts go through in the IMS chain guide. See if one is missing from your old guide.
