They truly are a great pair on equal terms with their own pros/cons. The biggest being the whole MR vs RR thing.

Tbh I would trade my 996 for an NSX without even a second thought.

Things have been weird since returning to the office. During two years of Covid telecommuting, I had ZERO sick days but since returning, all kinds of ailments have been popping up. For example, this morning shortly after hearing the weather report, I started having serious Covid-like symptoms. Out of concern for my coworkers, I of course called in sick. Then, right about the time the engineering department meeting would be starting, I made a full recovery. Go figure.

Car looks fantastic! Be sure to share some pictures after you install the ccw wheels. Is this a new purchase? Would like to hear the details where you found the speed yellow aero kit car if so!

that's a badass Volvo 70 in the background. What shipyard is that? The annual sail budget on a race program will put a 996 engine rebuild in perspective.

It's Driscoll's Mission Bay yard. They get some interesting boats in TransPac years. This isn't a TransPac year so I'm not sure what Wizard is there for.

These pics are from a few years ago.

Just took the 996 on a snowboarding trip to Austria. Two snowboards fit in the back, no roof rails needed! Epic combination of mountain roads and Autobahn cruising.
