The car did not sell
the max bid was $50,050. Apparently the reserve was $62,500. Anyway it is on PCAR dealtank. It says you can buy it for $63k. My max number was $49997. Also Jake Raby said the car was out of warranty. For that kind of money you can get a nice 996tt. As I said you do a $50k kitchen bathroom remodel to your house, then you try to sell it but all the buyers offer is $20k above normal value.

Let me spell it out for you - so there can be no misunderstanding.
See - you use the term "Step Children" to reference what your engines become when they are purchased second hand, OK.
You then go on to detail how there is no forward going support, how you do not allow comms and how you have disassociated yourself with the engine (Step Child) forward going.
Now - if thats your take on how Step Children should be treated, well, that would make you an *** hole - plain and simple.
I'm choosing my words with care, again, there should be no misunderstanding.
No need to pray for me - Maybe, pray for the Step Children all over the United States and the world who do not receive the kind of upbringing they deserve because their Step Parents:
Don't ever put them on their radar
Cut off communication
Disassociate
If my words are disturbing to some, they should be far more disturbed by yours - If not, they should take a look in the mirror and ask, why...

I can't get through a Jake Raby video or thread without being reminded of the many know-it-all software engineers I've crossed paths with in my career. Their turd doesn't stink and woe is the one who calls them out on that. "Just plain speaking" is sometimes used incorrectly in place of "has no courtesies to offer". YMMV, and I'm sure you know your stuff, Jake. Certainly the candor won't offend you.

Everything is good, expect the unexpected. Now to watch the Yankees and Red Sox on my 8k 65 tv. Yes even if the broadcast is on 4K an 8k tv makes a difference, IPAs galore, smoked salmon latter on. Today is a double header. Anyway if you are a T mobile customer you get MLB for free, an Awesome 👏 deal.

OK I'm going to go out on a limb here and say I've always enjoyed the fact that 3/98 seems to never be more than 24" away from smoked meat and beer. Dude always delivers.
