Default Noise front-end 911 4C (2001)

wump wump wump continues despite new tires drives me crazy; I can't talk in the car
all speeds, all the time, but especially above 60 mpd
replaced front right wheel bearing, perhaps that helped a little?
have taken to two Porsche specialits
Possible causes? Suggestions for diagnosis? Please!!!

Well that is weird. Should not go wump wump wump. Even brand new tires can be out of round. Suggest a full on Road Force balance job to check for tire roundness and balance. That's where they do it with the full weight of the car on the tire/wheel assembly and run the tires/wheels up to speed to check everything out. What type of new tires?

New tires and new wheel bearing, there’s not much left, except you list you have a C4. So that leaves front diff and half shaft. Does it happen at slower speeds? Could airflow at higher speed be causing a plastic flapping back and forth?

Yes, I was thinking something like that. I was thinking of buying a Bluetooth microphone. Many thanks for a better suggestion (if I can find one).
I'll check on my tires tomorrow, but I chose a brand and type that had a low noise reputation intentionally (this has been going on for a few years)

Drive to Provost Motorsports in Bordentown, NJ and talk to Max. If he can't diagnose it nobody will. You aren't that far from there.
