Default Cold start squeak issue when car is in drive or reverse belt and tensioner done

I have a 04 C4s tiptronic, the car has a squeak issue on cold start it goes away after the car is warmed up. I've searched the forums and figured its a belt. I took it to an indy shop had them change belt and tensioner on the car after telling them about the cold start squeak.
The indy shop replaced them but the car still has the sound. I was told they feel it is a tiptronic issue as it only happens when the car is in either reverse or drive. I have attached a video showing the issue and the sound. When in park or neutral if I blip the throttle every now and then it will squeak but when moved to Drive or Reverse its a consistent rhythmic sound. The indy shop recommends doing a trans service in hopes of it fixing the noise. There is no Check engine lights codes or anything with the car.
What is everyone's thoughts on this? Its driving me nuts and I'm afraid to drive the car. Even though it goes away after warmup I don't wan to do more damage if it is something with the tiptronic.

I hate to be a smartass, but have you even opened the engine lid to see if you can identify where the squeak is coming from? It could be from one of the pulleys, or a bad motor mount. Open the engine bay up, block and chock the wheels, have a helper move it into gear or reverse, and see if you can locate where the sound is coming from.
Simply revving the engine and moving the gear selector, then making a video of a squeaky sound from the cabin is not going to help.

I'd start it with out the belt. That will tell you if it's any one of the pulleys or tensioners.

The belt and tensioner were replaced yesterday. I thought that would fix it but the problem is still there.

What Bill is saying is that there could be another belt driven component that is making the noise. If you remove the belt and the noise goes away, you know it is an issue with one of those components and not your transmission.

Right, I think there’s more than one tensioner. But as pointed out, the alternator, water pump, or AC Compressor could also be making a squeak.

I dropped the car off at a different indy Porsche shop yesterday for them to check it out. Turns out the sparkplug for #6 wasn't fully screwed into torque spec. I would never have thought that was the issue.
The car is fixed and makes no noise now.

I’ve actually heard that before. Well, not a squeak, but a tap tap tap sound like bore scoring or an exhaust leak.

I was going to say it's a sparkplug but then read they already found it. This happened to me....drove me crazy and replaced everything....I thought it was the ac pulley...then took to different mechanic and they found it was the plugs....I don't take any cars to first mechanic.
