No offense taken, I've just picked up this car, two weeks ago, and want to remove at minimum, the GT3rs stickers, lowers will stay as will the wing for now. I may, over the summer, pick up all the parts to restore the deck lid, and have them painted to match the Palladium Metallic Gold.

+1 on peeling those off with a little heat.

While you are at it move the Carrera badge down where it's supposed to be.

Where is it actually supposed to be? I've seen the badge both the bottom and top positions.

Well I have just learned that the early cars '99-'01 had the badge up high, then the later cars '02-'04 it was lower down. Diagrams in this post....https://rennlist.com/forums/996-foru...ml#post4760579

Since your car is a 2000 I was wrong, it is correct in the upper position.

Interesting, my 99 had mine on the bottom. I even replaced it because one of the letters was cracked, wish I would have known then lol.

Here's an after pic, the decals/stickers came off easily. The paint not covered is a little faded, a good buffing should help that.
