Small frustrating update.....i am at the race track for my hpde. They sound amazing. Saturday was a good day. On my way to the track this morning and the check engine light came on for P0430 Bank 2 cat inefficency. So much for Top Gears claims that they wont set this code. With the header issues and now this code i am not at all impressed with this product.

Ugh... Bummer! You may need extensions on the sensors - I don't think this is uncommon with aftermarket cats. Maybe Top Gear can help get it straightened out. In the mean time, enjoy the DE!
** Almost forgot to ask, what kind of shoes and what kind of watch are you wearing?

As dporto said, it's not uncommon for a 200 cell cat to trigger a CEL. One solution is an ECU reflash to "disable" the CEL. I'm running cat-delete x-pipes with no CEL due to the reflash. I'm going to change to sport cats as the car is simply too damn loud for the street (sounds great on track, however)

Reset the codes. Car probably noticed dramatically different readings vs. stock and triggered a code. If you reset to a new baseline, maybe won't happen.

Manual car I suppose?

I got also a P0430 P0431 with the topgear big bore 200cell x-pipe.

After I swapped them for the 200cell cross over equivalent no problems, 40.000km ago

Did you try disconnecting the battery for an hour to reset the DME so it can 'learn' the new exhaust system?

Mbren, Any update on spacers and resolving the code? I need to make a decision soon on cats and was wanting to see how your experience turned out.

Well yes and no. I did add the spacer and the check enging light has not returned. However my "catalyst" monitor in my ECU shows "incomplete". For those who dont understand, the ECU needs a lot of data of a period of time before it can make a determination if its o.k. with what it see's. Now i have put several hundred miles on the car since. But its almost all track mileage which is at wide open throttle which is data the ECU won't take into consideration. I suspect it will be ok. But i cant be positive.

I am happy with my purchase but in hind sight i wouldnt buy from them again. With how far off the header bolt holes were, it shows poor build quality to me. Just my opinion. Not to mention i sent an email about it and got no response from them.
