So turns out you guys were right when I wrestled the plenum on there was a small gap at the back that I couldn’t see, once I fixed that it worked perfect!

Thanks for reporting back buddy. Lot of threads die without that closure which is frustrating for people in the future.

I will add another part that if you don’t have everything lined up properly you can also block those holes where you hook the vacuum lines because I noticed I did that yesterday as well. If you put the plenum to far to either side it will block them. I got a little piece of wire and stuck it in the hole to make sure it wasn’t blocked afterwards. The IPD plenum was much easier to install lol.

I had exactly the same problem when reinstalling my plenum after doing the AOS vent line. When alerted to the possibility of gaps from this forum I disassembled and during reassembly noticed there are little bumps and ridges on the plenum (maybe only on the right side?) to guide install into the correct center position. They are obvious in retrospect.

What holes? The rubber connections that the big hose clamps are used? I just did my AOS and yesterday when I came to a stop, I felt a stumble when the SAI kicked in, and noticed my Volt gauge drop for a split second.
