Getting much delayed winter tires mounted would be nice, ordered a set a month ago and still waiting

Function First SHIFT-RIGHT Solution. Want to tighten up some of the sloppiness of my factory short shifter.

I'm about to take my 997 Shift Right console out of the 996 (I'm selling the car, so returning it to stock and planning to sell the leftover parts separately). It's awesome, such a great upgrade.

I’ll probably treat her to a bath once the snow and slop get cleared off the roads...no point in doing it now since she’ll be all dirty again right away and I’d like to get a few clean days out of it.

Take it to Indy and tell the family it just needs an oil change and a few other things, then...

Have the following installed: Speedtech Headers (thanks BF deal!), GMG rear tuning fork arms, new Pagid brake rotors and pads, oil and trans fluid change!

The Grinch brought me a defective original Porsche p.o.s. AOS. Santa and his techie elves get to bring me a new one. Nothing like pulling 12” of vacuum with a new factory part! BTW, I asked Santa to look into ways to bench test the AOS before dropping the motor. Fingers crossed!

I started purchasing suspension components for lowering the car...

- Bilstein B8 front struts, rears are on back order
- H&R Springs
- RSS Adjustable Rear Toe Arms

I have to stop there for now as I'm bleeding money. I'll finish it up before the weather comes back.

Fresh steering wheel wrap from DCTMS. I initially bought a wheel from them off eBay listed as "extra thick padding", which I wanted since I think the original wheel is slightly too spindly. I was disappointed when it arrived and the rim thickness was identical to my original wheel. I sent it back since I felt it was false advertising. After some back-and-forth negotiation they made me a new one with thicker padding, the grip circumference is about 1 cm larger than the original wheel. Feels great in the hands! Very nice product once we got it all sorted out, which took about 6 weeks.
