No, but I am really happy with the QuickJack 5000lb model from Costco...$1199. Just needs a 110v outlet, too.

Seem like a lot of money when you can get "twice" the lift for less money with a QuickJack.

If it was around $500 I'd probably be interested in buying one though.

I agree with the others. If you wait, Costco seems to have the 5000lb Quickjack available for ~$999 every so often. Really worth it, and in my mind, a better option than the tilting unit.

They had it for $899 for a while in-store, was in there a week ago but they were out.

The MaxJax Tilt doesn't look like something I'd want to get under.
I helped a Rennlister put his Quickjack together back in August.
It's really nice.
I'm tempted to get a Quickjack myself someday.

Yeah, not something I would like to work under. I don't even like the thought of seeing my 996 at that angle. Looks like an accident waiting to happen IMO.
Then again, I am spoiled. My Indy is 5 minutes away and will throw my car up on stand anytime. He likes me

Yeah, usually goes down around Christmas, too.

Titled car for oil change? I thought most manufacturers build the oil system to drain level?

Also, looks way less than safe. I'm sure an engineer worked on that, but I wouldn't buy one at any price.

Scary yes, but it would sure make pulling the motor out from under the car a lot easier...

At that price, despite the fact it's unavailable, we're awfully close to the price of a proper lift, even if it's a temporary one.

Thought the same thing. A lift I can't even change my oil on is failing its most basic justification for living in my garage.

I suspect you can't even tilt a 996 with that pivot point given 60% of the weight is at the rear.
