Single row to Double Row
Had my 2002 996 IMS replaced with an LN. The receipt said it's a double row now. (Had my 00 Box S done years ago. Zero issues).
Reading the new buyers guide Excellence put out, they said the Duals are more robust with <1% failure versus the Single at around 10%. Does the new LN basically make my previous single into a dual or is there more to it. Are the materials different?
To make things more confusing, I believe Excellence then said to buy the 2000+ cars because of the motors. Confusing, the early cars have less IMS issues but buy the newer one. Anyone want to explain what I am missing here.
Thanks,
David
