Default Garage queen ‘99 for not a lot of money

No affiliation, but just checking prices every now and then. It seems that prices are still flat at the bottom end, but a couple of years ago, a car like this would have been listed for $27k.

This seems like a good deal, although the usual info about garage queens still stands: https://www.cars.com/vehicledetail/d...aff=share_text

Aero kit?
Those have the "good" bearing right?
Also low mileage no use good/bad?

Wow, with those miles that IMS Bearing has a huge question mark on it. I bet that car hasn't had more than 2 oil changes in 20 years!
