Now this is really interesting..
I was cruising on the way back home, i came across this '88 skyline and noticed it was jumping on its suspension at about 140km/hr.. I thought the springs on this car were bad, but it appeared the driver (in the pic) was boosting the turbo to show me a challenging tip ..
On three counts, this beast ran me down from 100km/hr all the way to 250km/hr! My rpm's were going all the way to cutoff redline, and still he was sticking to me like glue! I had to stop the guy and apparently he had modified the engine with an oversized Greedy turbo kit and an intercooler.. The only time i could get ahead of him was over 250km/hr after which i think his gear range vs engine rpm's was over,,, otherwise he'd keep the killing!

Yes this is the owner in white.. (remember, i live in the united arab emirates.. great country!)
As noted, this is the ugliest piece of (s)crap on the planet.. If you had seen the tyres this 'delinquent' is running on, following me at over 240, you'd think what on earth are zr's for! Until something bad happens..
Many youngsters (HEY KHALED!! INCLUDING YOU!!!
).. tend to get cheap japs, modify their steering to the left and beef them up like stuffed ducks.. Oversized turbos, NOS, whatever it gets to bring it up to the 1000hp limit!
I ran with a GTR34 last night but was too scared to try the challenge, the car looked more like the WWII planes with the big shark teeth on the nose!! And it was FAAAAAAAAASSTTTTTTTTTT!!
As much as i love modding cars, one thing for sure it's that they're never gonna get the breed of Porsche cars.. That's why if luck permits, i will follow jsonnen advice and hopefully get the TT (well, Jane got to meet Peter Pan at the end, right?!

ive seen a modified R33 skyline run low 9's in the 1/4, so even a rusty piece of crap like that can be made to keep up with anything if your willing to mod the hell out of it, hell i raced about a 71 nova the other day from stoplight to stoplight and he pulled a full car length on me every time for about the first 300 feet

Is that sand in the engine or just really old dirt or something??? Speaking for myself, i dont think ide ever wanna go that fast in a car like that. Porsche's were designed entirely for this purpose...i question that vehicle.
