After 17 years if 951 ownership (still have it) I took the plunge into 911 world. I swore I would never buy another "old" Porsche, but I guess I'm just a gluten for punishment. I don't post much on the forums, but appreciate all those that do. The Porsche community is really what made me stick with the brand.
A few details. 1999 with 27K on the odometer. I'm the third owner...previous owner was a mechanic and had it since 2004. It came with a second set of speedline wheels which I will probably end up selling but want to put them on first to see which wheels I like best.
I drove the car straight to the shop and had the IMS solution installed (paranoid but with my luck it was worth the piece of mind), horn bracket fixed, center console bracket replaced. Drove it home and discovered right passenger window regulator broken so with the help of the forum I fixed that this week. In theory....everything is fixed. Hoping it stays that way for awhile (might be wishful thinking). I plan on keeping it bone stock. I originally thought I would get rid of the orange headlights and turn signals but I actually think it looks pretty good on a yellow car and makes it look more "classic" or older.

Car looks great, especially the headlights looking forward to seeing it with the Speedlines. I plan to be in STL on April 4th might be a prospect if you still have it & want to sell.
