Not sure why you would want to glue them into place as they hold nicely as they are, and can be removed should you decide.

I also removed my instrument cluster and cleaned the instrument lens both inside and out, and the appearance is pretty dramatic. I followed this extremely good video:

3:10 in this video is solid gold stuff. That is the most difficult part of separating the instrument pod and if you don't do it right, bad things happen to the plastic.
