That's a McIntosh MX406. Oldie but a goodie. I added an isimple adapter to go from lightning -> rca. It also charges the iPhone while plugged in.

Final piece came in from amazon, and the double din conversion is complete! I'm very excited how it makes the car look 10 years newer. I can't believe the local radio install place wanted over $2300 to do what took me a total of 5 hours and all of $400 to complete. And I know now I could do it in about 1.5 hours so they are just robbing people! Big shot out to TH964 for locating the final piece I needed to make the HDMI and USB inputs look stock to the car!
