When I needed a radio code for my Boxster's radio I put in a request to that "guy" on Renntech.org. While I was waiting for a response I happened to be at my local Porsche dealer and mentioned needing the radio code. The SA said if I was not successful getting it from renntech he could get it for me. Since I have my cars serviced there probably at no cost but because I ended up getting a response back from renntech.org pretty quick I never went through my dealer.

Still, if the renntech.org site is not working or the guy's away on holiday and you can't wait for him to get back you might try your local dealer come Tuesday.

I used the Renntech thread and "the guy" provided the proper code. If that is no longer working, try some of the codes from the older posts. maybe you will get lucky.

Be aware if the wrong code is entered one must wait 30 minutes before he can try a new code and the radio must be on this entire 30 minutes. I thought I remembered the code to my Boxster's radio and entered it but it was wrong. Then I requested the code and when I had it the only way I could enter the correct code was to when I got in the car to drive to work turn on the radio and then drive to work. This took over 30 minutes. Then at work before I shut off the engine I entered the correct code and this was accepted.
