Default goodyear gator back belt

Does anyone know the exact length of our serpentine belt off hand.? I am trying to order a good year gator back belt for my car. Or better still is anyone using this type of belt? if so, where did you get it?. Auto zone and advance auto do not have them. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Pete but I specifically want to use the Goodyear and parts geek don't do it. I could order it from Amazon if I only knew the length. Does anyone have an old belt they could measure for me? Save me taking the belt off mine.

Is my post invisible? I even cross referenced the belt to Goodyear. Good grief!

Is the goodyear better in some way? I might consider it instead of the conti I usually buy when I do mine next

I highly doubt it. I purchased a starter off Amazon for $110 bucks and it was the exact same starter sold by Porsche dealers for $1362 and sold by Bosch for $390. I guarantee that Goodyear belt is a rebranded belt sold by many other outlets.

Maybe it is the same as sold by others relabeled, but I don't think so. In my past (non-Porsche) experience, the Gatorback belts have a different ribbing than the plain jane 6 rib belts. Like diagonal sipes running across the face of the ribs. I ran one on a supercharged rally car and liked it.

DB Joe I sent off for a Goodyear one from your posting. Expecting it to arrive early this coming week. I missed the goodyear link which you posted the first time I read it. Thanks for reminding me.

The extra grooves are designed to make it run cooler, in my experience makes it easier to jump pulley grooves & come off the pulleys.

I have used Dayco belts for many years, and have never had a problem and they last a long time. This is one of the first things I will do when I buy a car is get rid of the junk that was on there and get the Dayco for it.
