I purchased and setup the Durametic tool the other day to help address what I thought was an overheating issue see 'Temperature' post. When running a scan, the Dureametic software showed a fault for 29 - AC outs/recirc. air fl. MOT. The AC systems seams to be working correctly. Any ideas what this fault code means and how to repair/repair?

TRy interrogating the climate control system directly without Durametric.The CC system has a comprehensive diagnosis system already.No Durametric required.

Code 29 refers to the fresh air/recirculating air flap that can be seen under the hood after removing the pollen filter. See if it is working by turning off and on the recirc button after clearing code and see if code returns. Probably has an intermittent fault in the electric motor. Possible fault causes : motor, wiring,a/c control unit.
