High milage Turbo S on Ebay
Here's an interesting car;
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Porsche-911-...m=331660584077
People look afraid to bid on this car because the milage, but this could be a very good car! Curious what the final bid will be.

looks kinda rough underneath and the interior leaves a little something to be desired, but would make a sweet car for someone whose handy and wants the "S" touches.

I'd daily drive that in a heartbeat. I always thought the point of those exclusive options is for someone who's actually using the car on a daily basis, all the leather touches go to waste if you're not using them. I'd highly consider trading up I just crossed 100k miles this last weekend. The most I'd pay a premium for an S is maybe $40k, which I know isn't the market these days, but what I would pay. I don't care how few they made, they're more or less a Turbo with all exclusive options and 30hp. In my opinion, the standard turbo looks better, I don't love the aerokit. I do love the side vents though and the leather though at the end of the day I'd love to drive this one. If I ever come into serious money, I'd pick up one of these or a 959 and put snow tires on it and use it as an all season car. There will always be the majority left in museums and collections so I wouldn't feel guilty using it.

The woman I bought my Turbo 3.6 off of used it as a daily driver since 1994. Rain or shine, it was her only car. Everytime I saw her driving it I always thought that she was the coolest woman ever.

I remember years ago a woman who drove her Turbo 3,6 in orange every day, left me wonder how she could afford such a beauty beast, she kept her until 1995 when she repleaced with a 993 TT again in orange and the game get started again day by day
now she is very old, can't drive anymore, but she will not sale the car.
To some speculator she said that she will take her in grab

To me this car has maybe a 20k premium over the standard 993TT.
Collectors want super low mile cars. In terms of driving, the TTs is basically no different. Since it will likely be of very little interest to collectors, the premium is really just due to rarity (who cares) and the extra options (which are meh in my opinion)

I would say $200k is too much but with cherry low mileage S's bringing well into $400k I guess it is fair if you want one to drive. I know of one less mileage but had accident damage sell for $165k a few months back.
