Cost not an issue, looking for real world feedback for spirited driving on the road, not the track. Performance valued more than ride quality or longevity.

Thanks!

Price not an issue I would stick with Michelins for a performance, all around street tire.

If you want track performance and more aggressive then you can step it up to AD08s, RE11, Dunlop Direzzas etc.

Keep in mind tires are getting very limited now in our sizes too.

Cost not an issue (must be nice), then Michelin.

But tires are just one part of the ride on the road. Tire pressure (F/R), alignment, ride hight, suspension (especially if original), etc. can also make it "feel" different on the street or on the track, especially if money no object.

Collector, I'd also recommend you drive over to South Bend and have Tire Rack do the install. They do G R E A T work, $15/tire, no marks on the wheels, and you can scrub in on the way home. Win-win You are not that far away.

Gents how are the AD08s in wet conditions? Not that it should happen often but if using as a street tire it has to be a factor too.

Fine. It's a big block tread design. Super Sports or PS2s are better in the wet. Yokos are better in the dry. Always a trade off.

Thanks everyone. I'm putting the Yoko's on, seems to get the most votes and the car will never be out in the wet so that's not a concern.

Really appreciate the replies.

You'll like them. Very crisp turn in. Great grip. Responsive. Not too noisey will mileage.

Play with your tire pressures. Start with 36 front and 40 rear cold. Adjust from there.

Super Sports!

Deep tread for water.
Sticky for spirited driving and even the track if desired.
The life span is amazing.

Continental DWS - for all conditions!

When I get a set of E88's I'll put on AD08's
