No worries....Just Western Union them their 31k. He's probably stationed out of the country....or he is selling it for someone else......or a wealthy relative probably just died and they need to sell things off quick....happens all the time.....

That's exactly how my brother purchased half of his cars. He'd find deals like that all of the time. The woman sells the car at half of what it should sell for, to spite him and give him "half" of what she sold it for as per the divorce decree.
