Default You get $300,000 for your TT what would you buy?

Ok, all you knuckle heads that kept your TTs are in for a possible windfall of cash should you all decide to sell. So lets say by next spring (I would think the market would cool off abit in winter) you can get $300,000 for your pristine Porsche 993 Twin Turbo or your Ruf Turbo R. What would you do? I dont think any of us foresaw that the last aircooled 911 Turbo would sky rocket to these levels. This is the car me to go from normal wanting to full blown lust. When I saw it at the LA auto show in 1995. I might have seen Waldo, before its sex change to a RUF.
I thought when I had mine that the thing would always be around 80-100 but not enough to make me keep it when I discovered the GT3 world. So back to the topic, each one of you can sell for $300,000.
1. Would you?
2.If you did what would you replace it with?
3.Keep it, its priceless to me.

This is what I see: I can see the levels going to $150-$300k for regular TTs and maybe up to $500 for the TTS. I dont think they can go much higher. There are too many examples and there are too many other important cars like the Mercedes Gull wing 300SL that occupy the price slots just above that, and the Ferrari Daytona are in the $750-$1mil range Now I think the 993TT is an IMPORTANT car, to many including me the most important ever, but I am biased.
So those are my thoughts about the forth coming jackpot for you guys, and what I think the prices Could get to and hold. Just a mental exercise for you guys who stayed in the game and congrats.

Cant go wrong with a Carrera GT!! Only problem is THEY are starting to appreciate too. They were around 375 for a long time until recently and then I noticed they have started to inch (INCH?) toward $600,000.
I was thinking if I got that close I would be in a 918.
Thanks for the response fellas!

If I had a 993 turbo and sold it for 300k, it would be a 997GT2 and 997GT3RS in the driveway.

I'm going with option 3 - not for sale as it is priceless to me. And I think you guys are right that $300,000 is not going to get you a cgt in this market.

3) for me too.
Not sure what I could get that could replace it really. Perfect balance of rawness/power/handling/diy fixability..

As much as I love my 97 TT, if someone offered me $300k I would take it in a heartbeat...

$300K I would sell for sure cause honestly if it's worth that much I wouldn't be driving it.

I'd replace with a few cars - 997.2 GT3RS + 993C2 + some sort of project car like a late 60s 911 long hood.

This is exactly what I would do, 997.2 GT3RS plus a 993 widebody, not a garage queen put something I could drive and put miles on. Have been afraid to drive the turbo the way the prices are going.

Yea I like the 993 wide body plus a 997 GT2. But I have to say I owned a 997.1 GT3 and the cars were advancing so rapidly, that when I took the 997.2 C2S PDK for an extended test drive, I came back and bought it. And indeed the 997.1 GT3 guys were getting upset because on the track they couldnt run down the new 997.2 Carreras(especially the PDKs) Now the 991 is out and the 991 Carrera S is FASTER around the ring than a 997 Turbo! So I dont know WHAT I would do if I had hung on.

As as I love my 993TT I just don't ever see these trading for $300K (unless under 5K miles). And if they do, all other 'collector' Porsches will be moving up in price as well.
