I didn't put it on here for sale because Im not selling it unless I get my asking price. Someone else put up my craigslist ad for some reason. So you can take down the link. The car is legit and awesome!

I live in the twin cities and this guy posts this car on Craig's List every 2 weeks or so- it is a hot mess and he knows it. I've seen it listed as high as 179000 . You'd think a guy asking that kind of dough would have an awesome site with full details out there- and if this were a legit car it probably would.

OK Im back after having my Porsche sit in a shop for 2 years with no success. Turns out the ECU from AEM is faulty. Sent it in for repair a couple times then AEM returns it and says nothing is wrong. The ECu reads the all the sensors and I can see them on my computer screen when it runs but then the ECU shuts off. Had wiring checked about 3 times and can't find the bad wires but the original OEM wiring harness was hacked by the previous owners installer. I have decided to find an OEM ECU, OEM distributer and try to convert it back to almost stock. Ive got way too much invested to get no where since I bought it. I love the car and want to drive the damn thing but no one near me can fix it. I reread my thread and will start making calls to the recommended people you guys gave me. Maybe send to Protomotive as originally planned. Any idea on finding an ECU and wiring harness?

Sending it to Protomotive would probably be a good idea. Two years is a long time to go without making any progress. You need to put the car in someone's hands that is familiar with the problems you're having. If you are twin plugged, you can't just put the original distributor back in without plugging off half of your spark plug holes and returning it to a single plug.

Yeah Im now convinced its the wiring to the AEM ECU and the ECU itself. We even tried a brand new AEM ECU and had similar issues. I haven't even thought about this car in a couple years and now its time to get it shipped to the expert and leave it to them. Thanks for any help guys!
