just figured out the attachment thing.

I was able to tuck the exhaust under the bumper and retain the stock heater cross over. I had to make transition pieces to get to the heater boxes. i wrap the the exhaust with Armor Shield then reshaped the stock heat shield.

Wow, what post IC temps were you seeing? Plans to go water/methanol injection? It works for sure but filling it up is kind of a pain. E85 would be great but iirc a big undertaking modding the fuel system. Those 76's are gonna make some serious power!

The AITs started at 77 f and at the end of the run climbed to 95 f. Engine bay temps started at 93 and climbed to 110. At the time my air filter was only drawing air from under the intercooler. So I would consider this to be pre compressor temps. In all about 24 seconds of wide open throttle.
I have a aquamist system. don't boost without it! here's a couple of pics of the tank I made. The tank goes inside the front bumper and is filled thru a fitting under the gas fill door.

I don't have even a clue of how many Dos Equis I would need to be able to accomplish all that you have done. Amazing. Wish I had the resources, time and patience you obviously have. Keep it up!

Lots of dos Equis for sure,

Thanks for all the compliments

The 3076 should make for a good power increase over the 18gs. The hot side is a 10cm3
Which looks o be the same as the turbos I took off. Should be about the equiviant to a .73 AR in the garret world.
18 g is a 40 lb comp
3076 is a 58 lb comp

Default TURBOS

Are the 3076's the Alpha's for 993tt's? I thought there were Two kits for the 993, I'm considering an Alpha 28 kit.

Rare911s
The a3076 are intended for the 996.I changed the inlet/outlet plumbing and Im using oil to cool the turbos instead of antifreeze/coolant.
I believe the a28 would be an excellent turbo.

Nice fab work for sure! Looks like some nicely done bends in the tubing for the exhaust, what did you use to do that?

I guess you pull the exhaust off as one unit from the turbos since there are no joints?

I had read that X-pipes, or ports between the two sides can aid in moving the exhaust along. It looks like your pipes are separate, did you consider connecting them at all?

Cheers,

Mike

I used off the shelf mandrel bends. 2 180s and 4 90s I then did some mock ups and then drew up the cross over section. I cut the tubes on the milling machine adding indexing notches that I could use to assemble. I messed up here and there but over all come out ok. I did consider connection the left to right but wanted to try this set up first.

That water container is awesome! Your billet IC is working great also I see. Really need to step up and ask you to build another one...
Rare, I posted a protomotive dyno of the Tial A28's on my car, was able to get about 700rwhp out of them. The 3076's would pull them easily but would have a little bit more lag.
