It is interesting to hear the ho-hum replies about the effectiveness of stiffer engine mounts. Do none of you drive your cars hard?

I have installed the RS mounts on at least a half dozen customer 993s, RWD and AWD and I feel it is one of the bigger bang for the buck mods out there, up there with the lightweight flywheel (OK, not quite!). It eliminates much of the sensation of the entire drivetrain shifting when getting on the throttle hard while exiting a turn. The rear end feels more planted and corner exit is more confidence-inspiring.

May not be a night-and-day difference, but certainly worth it. For some reason I have no experience with the WEVO mounts in 993s specifically, but we have had good experiences with them in earlier 911s and in 996/997s, so I would highly recommend them as well.
