That looks great Knight - very sharp look. Like the side shot where the black tires blend into the wheel wells.
Have you washed them yet though?![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
Cheers,
Mike

The bigger maintenance will be keeping those polished lips looking shiny + new!

Glad your a believer now, you grow to appreciate the wheels even more with time, this has been my feeling, esp a classic like LMs.

Are yours the E88's? The look amazing. THe photos look highly professional. I put the e88's on my car when I broke the Mag's in T-1 at watkins glen - it was a very close call. Pure luck it didnt let loose completely. Anyhow BBS handled it very professionally and I got the e88 centers at a nice discount.
I also chose to delete the headlight washers. I never understood why that became a thing on high-end autos. Do people really let their cars get so dirty they need to have a sprayer to use while driving to clean their headlights? I mean how much caked-on mud would have to coat a headlight to render that useful? I don't see any situation existing in reality where that would arise. Couldnt this problem be solved with a paper towel at a gas station? OK maybe on a range rover that you need to take off-road IN THE DARK, then maybe a hearlight wiper or sprayer might make sense - but I doubt it.

I love the E88s too, I know they are super light being a track focused wheel. The only difference is I have reverse mounted the face of my LMs to give more offset.
And your right I've heard only good things about BBS service, one of the pluses with a multi-piece wheel you can rebuild when needed!

Time for a mid year slope update and as Basal mentioned, move some discussions away from the appreciating values and insurance.
Some items were definitely unplanned, however thinking of it as part of the fun in ownership.
- Red seat belts, along with new Lloyd mats (with red piping).
- Thanks to RL CarreraX for the new 3 spoke wheel with leather airbag. Just as described, brand new!
- Got rid of the Bridgestone SO2As (225s/285s). Not a fan of the tires in terms of feel and performance and the profile of 225s with 285s wasn't working well visually too. Swapped in some Hankooks V12s (225s/295s).
Now the pricey slope was my suspension refresh after finding out I needed some new rear arms and bushings, decided to just do it all while I'm there in the RL spirit:
- OEM front tie rods.
- All new arms in the back consisting of the upper OEM camber and kinematic arms, lower RS a-arms and Tarett toe links with boots + locking plates.
- Elephant Racing rear subframe mounts/bushing kit (sport hardness)
- Of course back for another alignment.
Big thanks to MikeJ for all the help on the suspension re-fresh, the car now drives completely different!
And to finish it off with some new recent pics as many enjoy, RL KP993 has been giving me some great photography tips.
