Default Still on the hunt

Well, I came close to buying a fellow rennlisters car, but he decided to keep it and I can't blame him, so I'm still very actively looking. Any leads in the market place would be appreciated, or any members here thinking of selling please let me know. I would love Iris, or Midnight blue, and sport seats, but all cars interest me. Thanks so much Steve

Thanks for all the leads guys. The two cars at GR are nice, but I think they are pretty high in price. I have reached out to them to try and deal a bit to no avail. Sams car is really nice, and the midnight car sold out of R.I. about 6 months ago for $68K.

Sorry a bit OT xpensivewino, but is there usually a good turnout at the GRauto Gallery Car Show? First time I heard about this place was a few weeks ago, they seem to have some great looking cars. I ask this because I'm originally from the Kalamazoo area (Three Rivers) and frequently there for the weekend.

ECS, I'm not the one going, I've never been there, but they seem to have a huge amount of cars and must turn a lot of volume.

Sorry to hear about your continued "challenges" with purchasing a 993tt from Rennlisters. Isn't this the 3rd deal that fell through....if so arrrgh. I'll keep an eye out as aren't you in the SoCal area as well?

Wishing you the best and persistence will pay off for you in the end.

Thanks Chad! I am getting ever closer. No problem with the last deal, he just decided to keep the car. We do indeed live close, I'm about 15 minutes from Camarillo....Cheers

Just a heads up - GR auto gallery show very cool. Many new 911s I hadn't seen on their website. 2 94 Speedsters 90K+ from what I remember & 74 Mexico Blue RSR 48K were interesting
Concering the 993tts, cosmetically the midnight blue much better IMHO but with SUV ride height. The Metallic blue looked like it had 23K hardcore miles. By the way no affiliation.

I saw that car in the background of one of their sales ads. I e-mailed them a few weeks ago inquiring about it and was told "it was the shop owners car"

Did u get any pictures of it?

My desired price range is $60-70K, and mileage in the 40-65k range would be great. Sport seats are a huge plus...Thanks for looking for me...Steve

You may be checking all the dealers, but I see some clean cars at NOLA sport in New Orleans. www.nolasport.net
