Buy the turbo esp if they are priced the same and in overall equal condition. At 70K kms it's pretty low already, so not like we are comparing a very high mileage vs low mileage C2S.
Ask yourself do you prefer a car with more options cause the TT is far superior IMO unless its a very loaded C2s (not likely as C4s usually are) - TT has full leather interior, sport seats (all Cdn TTs came with), big red brakes, better gearing and of course the obvious power difference just to name a few. There's plenty more little nice touches like OBC (on board comp), litronic lights, whale tail etc.
As much as I like a NA C2s, if you can afford a TT it's an easy choice to me.
Good luck, lots of us local to you!

NAI-T...you should be asking the dealer if that is an 'authentic' Canadian car - or what mods had been done to it. I have seen it advertised - price seems sensible - but it does not appear to have heated sport seats (hardbacks) to which I thought 90% of all Turbos delivered to Canadian markets did. The speedo is denoted in KM's, car is in Canada all good but just make sure you understand the history of it as sometimes the smallest clues lead to some larger issues. Don't get me wrong there may be absolutely nothing wrong with the car...just pointing out the obvious.
BTW...Turbo for me - power is over the top and a blast to drive.

My question would be how is the steering feel of a c2s vs. turbo?
Jackal over on Piston Heads seems to think the c2s is all out of proportion and the regular c2 is properly balanced. On the other hand the Turbo tires and width suit it. (If I'm not mistaken)

What a silly choice - TURBO of course!
The only reason I did not go for a Turbo from the beginning is I could not afford it. Now I can, and its pretty impressive, even in the rain. *yes, the car does get wet - I like washing the underside!
Cheers,
Mike

I think if you won't use the power go NA. I know if I drive my car too slow for period of time the CEL will come on (o2 sensor reading) until I drive in more spirited manner and then after couple minutes CEL is off. a little more maintenance and more expensive parts on the turbo. Also the turbo power is addictive so you may end up driving faster than you want.

Turbo! Any aircooled car with mileage like the C2S will love value as you go over 30k, then 35k, then 40k, etc. That kind of mileage gets a big big premium. Whats nice about the TT is it will hold its current value for a long time.

Well the thread hits most angles. IMHO, once you have boost you always want boost. Depends on what you're used to. if you haven't had a turbo, the C2S would prob. be fine. IF YOU HAVE HAD A TURBO? A C2S would not work.

Drive both, they are very different and you will prefer one. Also, do you a favor and have them inspected by an independant shop. I was in the same situation last spring (C2S vs tt), the C2S I looked at were 15k$ less than tt at that time. The milleages are quite similar (50k vs 70k). Unless the tt does not pass PPI, for the same price, I think a TT is a better deal.
And you'll be my p-car twin if you buy that Arena Red ;-)
