Which one? Where is it listed for sale?

There are at least 3 SY turbos that I'm aware of. The one with grey and tan interior belonged to a friend years ago. I had the chance to buy it but sadly passed

Sorry guys, I was traveling and a bit insane with work.

Dealer says full, respray(apparently spent part of its life black) rebuild, 18k km, Jebsen maintained, 1 owner xfered among his companies. Very clean! I mean immaculate. Only a few minor wear marks on the interior.

Tell me about it! Values on these have been climbing due to collectibility. You do have to figure in that HK has 100-150% graduated tax scale built into the price on sports cars. The original invoice shows the owner paid well over HK$1 mil in 1996!

They didn't even put the "turbo" badge on properly It's probably a good car....resprays in HK don't carry the same negative taint as they do in the U.S.

Unfortunately it has become increasingly difficult to import these into HK....not old enough to get a "classic car" waiver and too old to pass the more stringent Euro emissions....hence why prices of good 993 have stabilized and started rising. Sold my lightly option MY94 993 cab last year for ~US$40k

I would suggest that you bring the car to a reputable garage to perform a thorough PPI. Or start by asking jebsen about the condition of the car. Low mileage does not necessary mean low issues.

From a cursory glance of the photos, the front suspension looks higher than normal and the driver seat looks worn for a car with 18k km.

Thanks, my thoughts exactly! I'm arranging a visit to RAT. They've gotten pricey though. There was a shop upon FoTan but heard he closed. Anywhere else you gents recommend?

I recommend RAT 100% for your PPI. My Porsche is serviced by them. The mechanices are experienced and knowledgeable with air-cooled Porsches.
